Squash Blossoms or Zucchini Flowers are edible flowers.  It is the flower of the zucchini or squash plants and they are a delicacy.  It's best to prepare the zucchini flowers as soon as it's harvested.  Just carefully open the petals to get your fingers inside and pull the stamen off to disregard.  Zucchini flowers can be stuffed before breading and frying.  You can also put squash blossoms as pizza toppings or add to your breakfast omelette.
