Cut in half long ways and take the seeds out.
Slice in wedges about 6 to 8 pieces each side.
Brush with evoo and bake in oven 375° for half hour or 400° for 15-20 minutes.
Turn half way thru cooking time to get the other side toasty.
You can sprinkle brown sugar and/or salt before baking.
Dip is just a mixture of honey and mustard. You can opt to add mayo.
